I was lucky to find Angela and her team at Anchor Painting and Renovations! She gave a very reasonable estimate and was honest about some extra work that required for the price to increase a bit. The work was excellent and communication was wonderful (even taking late night calls when I had a concern that couldn't wait till the morning). The crew came early and stayed late so they could finish on time. They made sure to leave the site clean and even offered to pick up the paint for us (in the past I've had to acquire and lug all those gallons of paint myself!). I've used a number of different painters in the past but was never fully satisfied. This time I have finally found my go-to painters, and I highly recommend them to anyone on the search. <3 ~ Glennis S

We had such a great experience with Angela and Anchor Painting and Construction. We had them paint our stucco house. From the first meeting with Angela to the final coat of paint on the house, she and her crew of workers were such professionals. Angela gave us a price we thought was very fair, described to us each step of the project and gave us a date. Angela’s workers were so thorough and careful in the painting and helped us move furniture, which they did not have to do. If you need work done on your house, Anchor Painting and Construction are terrific. We need to have the windows on our porch replaced and we will have Angela and her workers do the job. Anchor Painting is a wonderful service, that cannot come more highly recommended. They went far above and beyond the job requirements. My Jr. 1 Bedroom apartment had smoke and soot damage from leaving the window open and my love of luxury candles. The smoke damage was deep, and the paint job that I had during renovation looked far from its initial stages. Wilmar, Angela and Mauricio executed a full repainting, including priming, trim and advised throughout the process. I only wish I could add photos, but the paint is not yet dried, and I am so enthusiastic about the job that they did, that I wanted to get this review up quickly. Excellent job done yesterday in Woodside. Angela and her Team so professional. Above all else super neat. After closet renovation NO VACCUMMING needed or cleanup on my part. Meticulous work! They take away the stress that comes with any type of renovation. Can't HIGHLY RECOMMEND enough! Will definitely call them for house painting and any other type of renovation needed. Angela, Wilmar, and the team from Anchor Painting and Renovations were awesome! I originally hired them for painting only. When I met with Angela in-person for the estimate, I had a good vibe about her. She had a nice personality – polite, kind, approachable, honest, and trustworthy. I instantly knew that she was a responsible contractor who I could trust and had a feeling I would pick her to do the renovation. I asked her to give me a few quotes (for paintings only and for the whole apartment). Her quotes were very reasonable, her company had great reviews, and the pictures of their previous work looked great. So, I hired her to renovate my whole 1BR apartment (including the closets). Prior to the renovations, my co-op required owners to provide licenses for any work that needs to be done (electric & plumbing) in my apartment. Because of this requirement, Angela had to subcontract third parties for a licensed electrician and plumber. The licensed plumber wanted a deposit, 30% in advance, for giving their licensed certification copy and information to my Co-op Board for the renovation application. I paid the 30% deposit in advance to Angela because I knew I could trust her. One of my friends criticized me for doing so. He told me, "How could you give the 30% deposit money to a random contractor that you found online when you didn't know your Co-op Board would approve your application or not?" The team was very friendly, polite, easy to work with, creative, and performed really well. They were very responsible and acted quickly to address any issues and made sure they were all taken care of. They went above and beyond. We had a problem with the vanity because the legs were too high. As a result, the back side of the vanity had to be cut off (by a lot) to accommodate the P-Trap. I didn’t want that to happen because the P-Trap would be visible from underneath. We thought of the idea to get shorter legs, and they came out beautifully. No one will be able to see any plumbing/P-Trap protruding underneath the walls unless you open the vanity’s doors. We also had an issue with one of the light switches in the kitchen. One of the kitchen walls (all my walls are concrete) was uneven by a lot. After Wilmar & his team made the wall even, the original position of the light switch became inside the wall. Wilmar was able to re-position the switch to level with the wall. My co-op building was very strict and gave us a hard time. Angela and her team quickly addressed the building complaints and made sure they were satisfied. I highly recommend Anchor Painting and Renovations for your painting and renovation jobs. I referred the team to one of my friends right after I hired them (even before the job was started). My friend told me that he was also very happy with their work. One of my coworkers said my apartment looked amazing. She was planning to renovate her bathroom. I didn’t hesitate to recommend Angela to her.
